Bender Mechanical Services believes that the effectiveness of a safety program determines the overall success of not only a project but the success of a company. Safety performance being our first priority has allowed us to develop a safety program that exceeds OSHA standards and provides our employees with a safe work environment.
The primary ingredient of our safety program is training. We provide our trainees with an understanding of hazards and safety procedures associated with work in the industrial field.Through classroom instruction, video presentations, hands on training, and written tests, our safety training program is an extremely valuable asset towards the success of our company.
